This unique webinar will provide a comprehensive overview of sealant testing from international expert Jerry Klosowski - from the fundamental understanding of what our tests reveal in expected product performance to efficient failure analysis and problem solving. Illustrations of how devising new tests or modifications show the applicability of a product to a conditions of use; paramount to opening new markets or gaining an edge on competition.
As the expert in Building and Construction product use and accelerated testing protocols, Jerry will present a webinar that is populated with YOUR questions. This is the perfect opportunity to send specific characterization, test or durability questions to ASC prior to the event for inclusion in the discussion. The format of our webinar Q and A session will also be modified to enable attendees to directly ask their questions via audio instead of texting in the question panel.
- Review and critique of sealant tests available including common performance and accelarated condition protocols including ASTM C 1636, 794, 719 and 1589M
- Discussion of recommended tests for specific applications and the correlation of accelerated test methods to real world exposures
- Understanding the range of tests specific to architects, engineers, specifiers and manufacturers
- How to conduct and analyze field test for causes of failures
- Present new, non-standard tests that can open new markets for manufacturers
