Dr. Pamela J. Spencer is Scientific Director of Toxicology and Environmental Research & Consulting at The Dow Chemical Company in Midland, Michigan. She has extensive experience in regulatory toxicity testing as well as research to define human health risks, with numerous publications to date in areas such as in neurotoxicology, genetic toxicology and carcinogenicity. She leads Dow's new Predictive Toxicology Center whose role is advancement, acceptance and use of predictive product safety assessment capabilities for rapid, cost effective, high throughput, animal-free evaluations of chemical safety and sustainability.
