Frank is the Business Marketing Manager for Commercial Transportation and Specialty Adhesives for Dow Automotive Systems. In this role, Frank is responsible for top line growth in commercial transportation, composite bonding and specialty adhesive applications. Frank began his career at Dow with Essex Specialty Products in 1993. His past roles included management of Dow Automotives Global Research and Development in polyurethane foams for automotive cavity filling, and new business development for strategic growth initiatives.
Frank holds a Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Detroit Mercy Polymer Institute. He’s authored and presented several SAE technical papers and has been awarded several patents. He is a recipient of the prestigious Dow Chemical Development Scientist Organization Cramer Award for structural polyurethane foams used for automotive crashworthiness.

Mansour Mirdamadi is a Chief Engineer at Dow Automotive Systems. With global responsibility for engineering and application development for Dow Automotive Systems products, Mansour brings expertise in design, engineering analysis, and methodology development to customers for body structures and lightweight solutions.
Mansour joined Dow in 1988 and holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics, and Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University. He holds five U.S. patents and has contributed to several international publications in the area of vehicle body structures representing structural adhesives and reinforcement systems.
